IIRC you violated rules 21 ("Old bumps should be deleted") and 32 ("Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter") is not allowed), not rule 13 ("Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying").

If you have issues with enforcement of those rules, start a new thread. This thread is about discussing what are the exact rules for bumping a thread and complaining about vaguely related rules is veering into off-topic territory.
