Thankfully i havent been scammed but im sure someone will be....is there a way to open a flag against them anyway?

Your only option is number one, and I bolded what that thing does, which is ...not much, unfortunately.
Or, you can bump this topic now and then (don't abuse it!!) and maybe a DT member who stumbles upon this topic will think this is enough to tag the account with negative trust.
