They have launched the exchange, but again collected some more fund and they never distributed any fund to their customers. They collected a very huge amount at the time of ICO, and after exchange launch, they collected some more funds and scammed the investors and their customers.
Per thread title, they collected 13644 ETH, and if I remember correctly, the value of ETH that time was already over $1,000.. so let's say we will just based $1200 per ETH that time since the ATH was around $14000...
13644 ETH, x $1200, that is over $16 million.. damn, that's a lot of money.. and you said they also collected after the ICO? I have no idea about that one, but the amount they raise during the ICO is big enough to develop the project.
