I haven't tried much before to get back account while it asked to provide btc address with signed message.

You can even recover account without having access to a connected BTC address, by sending and e-mail from the registered e-mail id. There are previous cases of such account recoveries so it should not be an issue always.

But finally I noticed one of my topic today. I have posted a tx link there. And I have made this tx from my blockchain wallet. Here is the post:: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1869324.msg18580720#msg18580720
But I can't sign the address. Can you tell me how to sing address on blockchain? Will it be okay if I sign the address of this tx to get my account back?

I guess this would work if you could sign a message from that address you posted. It is pretty easy to sign a message if you are using Blockchain.com for it.

To sign a message, go to Settings > Addresses, and scroll down. Choose which address you want to sign, and click More Options > Sign Message. A small window will display allowing you to provide a unique message or signature that identifies you as the owner.
