We have received a response from the game provider, following which we learned that the reason why the player was unable to undo/double his bets was Evolution Gaming system malfunction.
Development Engineers are currently working on permanent fix which will help to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
The compensation for the faulty rounds where malfunctions were observed has been credited to the player's account.
