I think your proposal is not well detailed. The only thing your potential customer sees right away is the promise of a 10 percent return. And nothing more. You no longer provide any specifics that would allow the investor to have a good idea of the business. And in any case, at the moment, in my opinion, this is not the time to start any projects. The market is not warmed up enough for there to be demand for this.
