I am sure that the market situation was ideal in 2016-2017 for any tokensales. Today investors are very very incredulous even if new great project with huge potencial is coming up. So we will see how people change their mind
Now people actually look towards cryptocurrency projects with very great caution. However, as before - there are always projects that can blow up the market. But this is rather an exception to the rule. Such come across rather rarely.
