If there is an alt coin rally then we might see some coins touching their all time high valuation but i am skeptical about ETH because the all time high valuation is $1,417 and to reach that valuation once again you need to have some major changes in the usability of the coin, the market rallied earlier because the ICO market starting up and every token project was using them but we all know the present situation of the ICO market.
