Kyber Network had a good hype during it's ICO and it has stood to it's expectation. The rollout of new tokens were slow but it has now established itself as a good option for exchanging Ethereum and it's tokens. They have one of the most friendly user interface and one of the lowest conversion fees possible. I've used them for a number of conversions.
