IMO the bill is great. Though we can't deny na hindi pa ganuon ka detalyado at kailangan pa ng refinement, sana ay maipasa. I can see na layunin ni Senator Marcos na tangkilikin ang crypto para sa ikauunlad ng ekonomiya nang hindi ito maging sanhi ng problema, para maprotektahan ang mga investor/user at hindi makapag-compete sa ating fiat currency. Win-win situation so far sa pagkakaintindi ko.


I think tax is pertinent to consider na crypto is made to bring power to the people and the fact na "maaari" itong maregulate at magamit bilang medium of exchange in equal to Peso is a very big deal. Tax lang ang catch ng government sa tingin ko and for the sake of the economy. We all know crypto is anti government and luckily if they see the catch then they might approve it.
