It's not like OP is guaranteed to win the raffle, right? Assuming OP wants to buy bitcoin again soon, it'd probably be best to just spend the measly $70 rather than OP hoping that he actually wins the 1/100 chance.
There should not be any debate at all about it, now OP has learned from the hard way, if he had spared just few dollars to buy a hardware wallet he would have been spared from this pain and disappointment, only a miracle can help him recover his funds back which I doubt will happen,
0.3btc stolen compare to $70 to buy a hardware wallet which would have been better!
Now he is aware of taken security seriously, I hope he will take advice and go buy a hardware wallet.
