Anyway,I don't understand why would people choose to gamble on an online casino with a .win domain?
To me,having a cheap domain extension is a warning sign of a potential scam.
Do you think domain prices are something that should rank a page in terms of how safe it is? Price of win domain is around $3 per year, and you can buy com or net for $4. By your logic, people should only gamble on pages that have the most expensive domains, but that doesn't make any sense.

I can't say anything good or bad about TrustDice, except that they have no accusations for scam on this forum. Last post in their official thread was last year in November, but OP is edited in February 2020.
