Home owned businesses + Local business are flourishing, due to Quarantine import and export is definitely not working as efficiently , therefore each country is working towards making their own markets more valuable. Which inturn for the long run means a lot since most of the people are involved in home owned businesses which was ignored previously

I don't think this is the case anywhere in the world

Small businesses, where the majority family-owned and local businesses truly belong to, are most vulnerable to economic instability and perturbations. They are simply not diversified enough, both geographically and economically (i.e. in terms of goods produced) compared to big corporations who can easily close product lines and shut down whole branches if the market situation requires that. There's a saying in Russian -- "пока толстый сохнет, худой сдохнет", i.e. while the fat dries, the thin dies. I think it s fully applicable to small businesses
