Hi,
I sold reddcoin on Extstock a few days before and wanted to withdraw in EUR (several thousands EUR).
KYC process was successful but to withdraw EUR I need now a "qualified trader status".
I send them now the requested documents and hope, that my money is not lost.
I am also not able to exchange from EUR to other crypto currencies, so my Euro`s are catched at the moment...
Fortunately, I have legal protection insurance, which covers legal costs of up to EUR 2 million and would take over this case.

They have an unofficial telegram channel FILLED with people complaining about this everyday. This is their most popular scam. They lock you in USD or Euro with no way of getting out unless you have some bs trading license that no other exchange requires. The worst part is once you go to telegram to complain you are bombarded with scammers posing as support staff who try to steal as much login information as possible.
