Now you have opened up correctly, the first thing you can do to avoid hack is do a recovery on your laptop and drive it a brand new.
Secondly, discard your team, someone amongst is a mole hacking it severally
Thirdly, since you are a newbie in crypto, take some time away, learn about how it works, learn about different blockchains, understand the basics.
Fourthly, corellate the basics from crypto with your experience in IT/Finance, and see if you can work on both simultaneously.
After then, you can now think of owning up a platform for blockchain usage.
Hope this helps.
I think I'm not so bad in Crypto based on numerous tutorial I've used during the last two years. I was planning to become a blockchain developer but I realised it was not for me. Instead I prefer to continue in IT & Finance but in the blockchain industry.
Writing the whitepaper equally helped a lot for learning in crypto industry.
