Just calculating it in my own head. I can look into history of my deposits and withdrawals to poker site and then look at my current balance. The difference will be the needed separation
Also, for gambling i can separate not more than 1 % of my budget for month. Because mostly, i lose it, so send something bigger will be just wasting money.
