I didn't know that blockchain had the possibility of using 2 passwords, I'm going to take the guess and say it's an old feature.
Getting creative, you could try to get you wallet ID using the
account recovery service; they'll send it to your email, and with that and the first password, try to log in. If the second password is a 2FA token (which I doubt in an old wallet), you can use the same tab to get rid of it. If they handed the seeds back then, you can also reset the password from there.
