As long as the ICO is really in a "Decentralized and Autonomous" manner, I don't think anybody would have a problem with that. Unless of course, they are only here for the short-term dumping 
Yep, CEX listings are very costly and most of those exchanges don't really bother to help any project or startup they list to grow and be more successful.
All that matters to them is that the project team would pay the fees for listing and that's it, you're on your own.
Statements such as this are great, a good initiative from the GMD Team. But, believe me, this will only provoke more people (who are currently holding GMD tokens) to sell them in DEXes in hopes of having the GMD team buying it back. But then again, if they do so, then it's their loss.
