There is a Big changes in my sleeping habit now,since the quarantine take effect i mostly go to Bed mostly morning time either 2-5am depend on the movie or games that we are having with my siblings.
there is no need to woke up in the morning since no office requiring me to,and also my work at home need to time to report.
Most time I go to bed around 2am and wake up around 5am,most of us want to sleep early but we couldn't because we have to stay awake and hustle.
what?3 hours of sleep?that's not normal mate how can you manage to do that?
