Jawhead99 already answered you  that proof of incorporation is no proof of legitimacy at all, and this Tokenhell looks like a scammy news portal, that got paid for promoting Trust Capital. From what I can see, that't not the only scam they promote, just look at Bitcoin Revolution, another scam that they promote on their website.

If you really invested in Trust Capital,I suggest that you take your money out ASAP. If you can.
