I jog in the morning but sometimes when am lazy I walk 12,000 steps but I enjoyed football the most. I miss football since this lockdown door have been unable to play football.
I was doing jogging every morning as well but now due to the lcokdown I don't.
I started doing exercise indoors in my house. There are a lot of sessions on the internet for all the levels and all kinds of sessions like yoga and anything that would give you relaxation and good health - mental and physical.
