hello, the device is iCloud bypassed, downgraded to iOS 13.2.3 without SHSH blobs.
The device will need a computer to boot if you accidentally lose power.
It's the 256GB model and Face ID will work, you can enter your apple ID in the iTunes and App Store section and download apps normally.

i just do not understand the bypassing icloud part. i have never heard of this being possible, otherwise i would get this
