What time do you go to bed? What time do you usually get up? How much time do you have for sleeping?
I heard that some people (like Elon Musk) sleep for 4 hours in order to have more time to do things during the day. Is it dangerous to health?
I try to sleep at least 7.5 hours since research has proved a number of times that most people actually need 5 sleeping cycles 90 minutes each!
That said, I think the most important parts is actually going to bed and waking up at the same time, it surely changed my sleep quality for the better
