I don't think you would get banned by any sane or neutrally judging person due to the reported posts as it is clear that there were no hidden financial motives behind the above quoting mistake's. It's just the regular hunting of arrows into the dark game to sastify agendas and turning it up as an fake risk towards the community which in not.

Look, the whole post is not a quote. The first story is mine. I also know the second story, but I don't know the dates and numbers. I cited this, I forgot to share the link of the original page. Then I came to a conclusion with an analogy. If I had plagiarism, I would have to copy them all.
