What's boring here is that the withdrawal takes too long to process

Fast identics to instant withdrawal, if it takes more than more than 12 hours then it must be manual withdraw where admin need to approve your request first before sending it. On other side, it is weekend already, admin may have less time on the site so thats why your withdrawal is still pending.

Bitinity is correct in that our withdrawal approval process is manually reviewed, so processing time is prone to operating times especially with our team adjusted working due to current social distancing. If withdrawal requests are received during operating ours of 8AM - 8PM GMT, we usually have these done in minutes.
