Maybe the dinamic part of the contents can be replaced by giving a link to the corresponding post in this main topic. Like the team part, the table at the bottom etc  Replace these sections with saying something: visit xyz link for up to date info. This way you can avoid the hassle of updating the OP everytime I have an update.
