I've just noticed the news: Any instructions on how to make one or more Bitcore masternodes on WINDOWS?
I don't have instructions for this, but you can send a pm to this bitcointalk member hanspeter77 and ask. I think his a MN running under windows.If that is not possible are there any MN servers to rent?
You can rent a vpn server from vultr (google it) and run your own MN on it. Or ask hanspeter77. He offers a BTX masternode hosting service in this thread: BTX o. andre Masternode hosting Service powered by hanspeter77
