No one should take the money to step aside as this is not about the money, it is about the pride. If anyone takes the money, they will lose their fans forever and people will not like this behavior.
The fighters have big ego and usually the fighters who earn big money usually does not step aside, but what if they offer big amounts to step aside and make a contract that they will face them at a later time and there is no doubt that AJ and Fury will be a blockbuster fight.
As far as the match date is concerned, i think we may see this match in 2021 and not before that time.
It is hard to imagine any sporting events resuming anytime soon unless they want to conduct the fight in empty stadiums then they might carry on with the fight this year, if not next year is the possibility.
I would think right now Fury is top of the current crop of heavyweight boxers. Joshua, Wilder, Ruiz and maybe a couple more are in the same bracket. Then lower than that would be the next group.
Fury is the undisputed king as long as he has the undefeated record and anything can happen in a fight, a freak injury or a lucky knockout, Joshua and Wilder made a mark in the industry but Ruiz is yet to make that as he went off the radar after the second fight, these three fighters can always attract a huge crowd in the heavyweight division.
