The original source was maybe this one: http://www.ekonomikyorumlar.com.tr/dergiler/gundem/Gundem_1_Sayi_512.pdf 2008-Mahfi Eğilmez (it's not available atm.) maybe there is oldest versions somewhere.

Also he used ( : ) to say "i'm not the source".

it means: İf there is a quoting after a sentence you can use ( : ). So this one is not a plagiarism too.

Out of wolwoo's file;

When i saw quoting mistakes, i'm sending pm's to writers "hi you should add sources link or quote it etc." (many of them did it.) Cause the main target should be protecting forum from plagiarism, not a way for kicking peoples. I'm trying to help them, not kicking them out easily. (if they are not cheating or not a real plagiarist) Easily tagging-kicking out others will not helpful for community in my opinion.

@Theymos i'm really want to learn what is the main idea of our rules ? May you let us know ?
