It is not a great Currency for the average person on the face of the planet to afford nor use.
Needs to come down in price or its just another Tulip bulb BUBBLE (first recorded speculative bubble)
Group or not you don't know that for 100% just like we don't know for 100% it's a single person.
The price is subject to "Market Demand" it's not like Bitcoin is setting the price in the market it's demand that is pushing the price.
With the halving a few days away now I don't see the price dropping below cost of production for the foreseeable future miners have just been mining at loss for a few months now and the market demand for assets like Bitcoin are growing with the ever more obvious fraud by the FED and money printing.
You need to also realize you don't need to buy 1 BTC you can by a fraction of a Bitcoin and build up to that 1 BTC so the barrier to entry is not as high as you think.
As for the Satoshi question no one know's if it's a group or a single person but from statistical analysis whoever was behind the Satoshi account I would say was 1 person from there writing's.
