We wish we could help but the reality is that we can not help the entire world. Unfortunately this is only for bitcointalk users. My suggestion is that - you are always open to do your personal funding. Like irfan_pak, me and others are doing for the areas they are in. The happiest feeling is in giving and do not miss it.
The fact that I have been helping some of the people I see, I just want to know if you can support them or not 
You're really right, we can't help the whole world, we don't have the economic potential to do that, I can only help some of the people I meet, others not. There are many people out there who are in difficulties, but we cannot do anything else. Every country has different charities, but what they do is only half of what they get, I'm pretty disappointed about it. Anyway, I support your ideas
