Workers don't want to be bothered with million questions when the are trying to work! Have you ever had someone over your shoulder watching everything you are doing and questions while your trying to just get the job done as fast as possible but in a timely manner?
plus it is only 3 people running everything and few professors helping them maybe other helpers. Believe me I think they are doing great.. It takes a lot to start and run business or anything. My father started his own business takes a lot from ground up. I watched him growing up.
