You can check their ANN topics last 2-3 pages. Peoples were asking for solutions there after not getting proper responses from their support but cleverly they locked the topic to avoid all rising questions. They are just trying to keep their ANN topic clean and don't want to see replies (accusation) against them which gonna buy some extra time to commit fraudulent activities with more traders.

After having Lauda's recent reply on their thread they took final decision to lock their topic because Lauda warn everyone to about them on her last reply. crex24 official forum account was last active on May 1, 2020 which means they are well notified about everything.
