Just for those who don't follow us on twitter: Yes, the rumors are true, Crypto-Trade is up (with trading halted) and devs are constantly processing withdrawal requests
We're already in the planning about when and how we will restart trading, but for now your coins+fiat have priority. We will inform you about the restart as soon as we made any decision.
If you need help with anything, cdev and admin are actually most of the time in the chatbox and I would recommend to ask them unbureaucratically as long as they're in such a "good" mood. Otherwise our Helpdesk ist still open for any requests. Pls Refrain from asking account related questions here or on twitter since these aren't the right places for sensitive data.
