Hello all !

(nickname: boru33) , I opened a account at 02.05.2020 , make a deposit  of 1 btc  + 0.9995btc + 0.995 btc , I made it by mistake because money dont arrive fast and I try to repeat. Here was all okay money arrive on my gaming account. I start to play some bets win, something lose and after try to withdraw some money , but in the system show me error. I contact with live support , receive answer that I must write a email to accounts@stake.com , and here start my problems:
1: biggest problem that nobody answer to my email
2. when I wrote to live chat , they dont give me any information
3. 3 days I dont receive any normal answers, they just hold time.
4. live chat lying , they told me will be answer in 24hours ,after again told me wait , but why dont explain whats happening, next agent told me that sport department will resolve my situation after few hours wrote me that marketing department resolve my situation so I understood that nothing happening.
Already 4 days no any normal answer what with my acc...
Live chat send only auto text forms ..

Maybe someone had same situation ?
please any info, what can help me in this situation
