If you cannot provide that you are a scam operation posting fake wins to lure in more suckers.

One valid reason is about anonymity, most huge winners do not want to be known publicly due to security reason as it may result in begging or even hacking attempt.
Casino's owner has no rights to post the TXID unless the player permit it.
