Well you can't really be isolated in your home, you need food and supplies. You are also deprived of Vitamin D, and you would get that from sunbathing on a cruise ship. The service personnel aren't really relevant, as they would need to be checked before boarding in the same way that customers would be tested. Maybe it would require a 7 day quarantine Of course you would need a hospital area, and an isolation section just in case the virus was detected.
Another possibility would be for healthy people who hadn't been vaccinated, and who didn't use pharmaceutical drugs to be on the ship with a few people who had been infected with the virus. That would give them the chance to build an immunity in a favourable environment.
Either approach would help the economy. The political handling of the virus has turned a light grey swan of a health issue into an economic black swan.
