Hi I'm using this account for so long. My real account got banned in 2018. I want get it back. I have tried it before but haven't got any solution.

Look like you will get back your account as it is not ban, only locked.
Also, if your account was originally banned, than as per my understanding you could not make any other account. You would have been BAN as a PERSON and hence cannot use any account.
