I think it is safe to assume that the GMD team would not buy back those tokens that are sold at a higher price than it was in their initial value.
No project or startup that makes buy-back options does that. Ever. Cheesy
That will never happen but the team needs to find a way to restrict the transaction there because they can dump at any time if they like. Most people only sell at Forkdelta and are selling at the price so this certainly does not affect the project's plan much. However, this token is not locked and this is the problem that makes this project a lot of risk because investors often do not like such tokens.
