Sure you are right, the old system had flaws because some people that were on DT1 should never have been there but with this current system it should be possible for DT1 users to take action to ensure those trying to abuse the system are added to their distrust lists.
What would you say is the best way forward to find a comprehensive manner to conclude that argument?
The old system was better IMO... Obviously neither system is perfect, but the new setup allows way too many people into DT1 that clearly should not be there.
Being fair, the old system had users in DT1 that clearly should not have been there also.
