Can you consciously and willingly stop gambling at any time?
If you can do the above, you have great control and discipline, of course you are not an addict and you deserve to gamble as much as you want.
If not, clarify your ways of stopping gambling.
I gamble uncontrollable, but never go beyond my budget. I could risk all my gamble budget for the day in a single game which could turn out to be a mistakes or profitable choices but it never leads me to tapping into funds that wasn't intended to be used to gamble for the day. So I think I'm in control.
Well I think it is OK since you have alotted budget to it. If your ran out of your budget then you know you're going to stop but if you are lucky enough to win continuously so you will not run out of money then it is better. I think it is not uncontrollable. Maybe the most appropriate words to use is, you know your limits. You know when to stop.
Everybody stops when they are out of budget. There is nothing special in it. Clever gambler is who knows when to play and when to stop and does not wait for this bankroll to be finished. If you go in gambling with a plan, you will then play a controlled game else you will just keep on playing and lose everything if you do not have any plan.
Not all people stopped when they are out of budget. Some find ways to to have money like for example lending. But anyway, what am I saying before is you have alloted budget in gambling. You already separate the money for your food and other expenses. Going in gambling by not even thinking how much amount you will only spend can cause you lose alot of money since you will just go and bet while you're enjoying. You will already not care nor count how big you already used in playing.
