Maybe someone will help me here or had a similar situation like me :
My account got suspended few days ago: "We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions" - So I explained that maybe it's because my brother open an account there too (as a result both account are suspended).
He didn't have any bitcoins on his wallet at the moment he created an account, so I send directly deposit from my btc account to sportsbet.io - maybe that was not the greatest idea - 1 bitcoin address sending to 2 different accounts , but I was thinking later that if someone has a suspicious about multiaccount, we will do KYC procedure and everything will be fine (probably not first situation like that, because many people probably deposit directly from exchanges, where in many cases exchanges use few addresses for withdrawal for milions of users).
I passed KYC verification, and even that my account was still blocked - I got a question about relevance to the 3 accounts - explained that one of these account are my brother's.
After few more emails - (I was asking for more proofs and explanations), but I got only answer with list of possible breaches of terms.
They did not ask my brother for verification and explanations (for me it should be obvious procedure!), just offering me remaining sum of initial deposit (not the worst scenario, but it is much less than current balance). You think that it's possible to fix this, or find other solution?
