What is "low quality posts" 
There was ony one deleted post with that reason at 4.05.2020. If other messages are "low quality" why there are not deleted then?
I am not a mod and I do not know exactly why you are banned. But I can understand why you are banned but not many posts are deleted There was ony one deleted post with that reason at 4.05.2020. If other messages are "low quality" why there are not deleted then?

And here you are banned because of low quality, which means your posts are not off-topic, it might be some bullshit, I don't know, but it's low quality. Anyway, it's just a temporary ban, I think you don't need to create another account to appeal like this
