This change seems pretty underwhelming. Based on
how it's at right now, it seems to be effectively 13.36% rakeback in the best case and 0% rakeback at the worst. My guess is that players will get around 4% rakeback on average with this system. I was never around for Caesars, but looking at the various races on the other casinos, it generally seems like you can get more than 10% rakeback in most spots. Many of these sites also offer a normal rakeback system (Stake/Primedice has 10% + 10% for Bronze VIP which is 10k wager) alongside these races.
I still think having races isn't a bad idea alongside challenges (as your form of rakeback), especially when you get a bit more established.
