I think I was very clear to this user. He created a thread attempting to commit defamation against my name, which is a crime and against the law. I think theymos would probably agree.
Defamation is one of the most difficult crimes to prosecute. You have more chance of monkeys flying out of your ass than having an effective case for defamation. Your threats just make you look like a joke.
If this users real information is found, it is entirely possible and it would not be thrown out at all, plenty of evidence to make a slam dunk case.
I never threatened anyone, I told him I will sue him for defamation if his information is found, plain and simple, straight to the point. People get sued for defamation all the time and the cases 99% of the time win with any substantial evidence.
