I would agree with mantis on this one, would likely make more sense there or the goods marketplace sub-board section.  You can actually move topics yourself.  At I believe the bottom left hand of the screen ( going off memory here which isn't always so great) there should be a "move topic" button where you can select and of the boards to move it to.
