That’s a new normal now with the ICO, and many projects are failing because of that bad reputation. Most of the great projects now choses the IEO way especially on Binance system so I doubt for the future of ICO this year but since this is a great way to attract investor before, i hope to see the greatness of ICO again and clean their reputation once again.
