There is no relevance that can be found in ICOs again both this year or the ones to come, my opinion though. My reason for saying such is that, hardly will you see an investor who have been scammed many times by these ICOs investing again not when he can still do same thing with IEO and expect a more better result. So yes, I repeat samething again, ICO is dead and totally forgotten.
