The ICO market is not doing well despite, all of the measures that were adopted like the KYC on the project team members, third party audit, etc. Because the investors are already doubting on ICO thats why it is going to the limbo For me, the damage is done already many people were already scammed and losing money with those fraudulent ICO's before including myself base on my assessment ICO won't prosper any more in 2020 Although IEO will be more attractive to invest especially if it was done on the popular and big crypto exchange platform like Binance.
