Same here, those wallets have been locked or under construction for 2+ years. The dev said they would restore the backend but it never happened.
The wallet backend is currently being worked on by our partners as we continue to develop the frontend.  Any GEO held in your wallet will be able to withdraw once the wallet backend is up and running properly.
